The artist was born in Japan in 1959. For Nobxhiro Santana, abstract works without a picture motif are like a return to the origins of painting. In his paintings, he uses lines that are placed in space without any intention. This creates the necessary tension. It is the deviation from harmony.

Harmony only emerges with the increasing number of lines during the creative process. In this way, the story being told is completed bit by bit. Nobxhiro Santana works with Photoshop and combines different image motifs. This type of digital multiple exposure creates new image motifs. It corresponds to an abstract, conceptual image collage. The giclée prints are produced on thick 200g/m2 paper and are strictly limited to just 10 copies worldwide. All prints are hand-signed by the artist.
